I'd been awaiting some mesquite flour for a year and it did not disappoint! I made some mesquite pumpkin cookies for friends and we really enjoyed them.

Great in chocolate cake!

This mesquite flour is very clean, compared to others on the market. I've used it in several baked items like cookies and cakes. Because of the mild cocoa flavor, I would not recommend it to use in tortillas. It's just the slightest bit sweet which made it a perfect addition to my chocolate cake recipe. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this mesquite flour.
