Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale distributor for Native Seeds/SEARCH.
As a non-profit conservation organization, we have limited numbers of seeds and will prioritize availability to wholesalers who are within our area of focus which is Arizona and New Mexico.
WHOLESALE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Business must occupy a brick and mortar storefront
- Must provide and maintain a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for the state in which you do business
- Must provide resale certificate, for example Arizona Resale Certificate Form 5000A
- Any resale of NS/S products on public forums such as Amazon or Ebay are expressly prohibited. NS/S shall have sole discretion to determine what public forums, if any, are eligible for Buyer resale.
