Ordering
- Since closing our retail store in March of 2020, all orders are now online.
- Please expect 48 hours to process orders (Excluding weekends and holidays)
- We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
Shipping
- Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AZ Time) - Excluding holidays
- Any questions via email or by phone will be answered Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AZ Time) - Excluding holidays
- Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Notification by email.
- Most items are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- We ship to the address that you enter at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
- If your order is a gift to be shipped to the recipient, please indicate this in the "Add a note for the seller" field when ordering so we can include a gift receipt.
- Native Seeds/SEARCH is not responsible for packages once they are in the custody of the mail carrier. Please use your tracking number to follow up with carrier directly for missing packages.
Local Pickup
- If you choose Local Pick-up, we will notify you via email when your order is ready to pick up.
- Local pick-up is available at our Conservation Center located at 3584 E. River Road, Tucson AZ 85718
- Pick-up hours are as follows: Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Saturdays between 9:00am and 12:00pm, Closed Sundays and holidays.
- All orders must be picked up within 30 days of order. Purchases not picked up within this timeframe will be restocked. We will issue a refund less 20% restocking fee.
Returns
- Most non-seed items may be returned within 30 days of receipt (excluding any shipping charges), provided the product or item is unused and undamaged (in new condition and in its original packaging).
- All sales on jewelry are final. No returns or exchanges.
- We are unable to accept seed returns due to the variable conditions during shipping.
