Mole Coloradito Starter Kit - From Oaxaca to You!

Make mole in under 10 minutes with this delicious Coloradito Mole Starter Kit.

Pour this sweet and savory sauce over roasted chicken or beef; delicious drizzled on tamales, in enchiladas, or over eggs. 

How to Make:  Mix entire bag of mole paste with 15 oz. of unsalted tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer under medium heat until paste is fully dissolved. Add 3 cups of veggie or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or grated Oaxacan chocolate). Makes 6 cups. 

Mole Coloradito Ingredients: Ancho chile, guajillo chile, canola oil,  salt, plantains, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, thyme, clove, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, oregano, peanuts, walnuts, raisins, almonds, sugar, sodium as preservative.  NOTE: This product contains nuts.
