    • Phaseolus lunatus.  Hopi Gray Lima. A nice sweet, rich flavored lima which produces a thick broth. The light beige beans can be plain or mottled with black. Collected from Hotevilla in Hopiland.    From our Seed Bank Collection.

Maasi hatiko

These are incredibly productive beans. I got a half gallon of beans this year from volunteers that I planted in years past. I have also planted them together with red and yellow Hopi limas (rainbow hatiko). They are both beautiful and delicious.
