    Grown by Ramona Farms, an Akimel O'odham owned business located on the Gila River Indian Reservation near Sacaton, AZ. Made from heirloom Pima Club Wheat, the wheat berries are Mesquite parched and stone milled to produce this ancient "fast" food.

    Mix 2-3 heaping tablespoons into an 8 oz. glass of water, juice or smoothie. A nutritious, high energy snack food and excellent source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates. Enjoy!
