    • RAW, unfiltered and unheated local honey that is naturally creamy. The flavor of this honey is derived from tamarisk and creosote bushes and it is generally stronger tasting than the Mesquite honey. If you desire a more liquid honey simply place glass jar in sunshine or warm water.
