I can't believe how much flavor is in this corn. It's like we've never really had corn before. And the texture is great. Never going back to yellow mass-produced grocery store stuff again.

Unbeatable taste and texture

From the moment I opened the bag and could smell the rich, nutty flavor of this red corn, I knew I could never go back to any type of store bought polenta or corn muffins. The muffins are my go to snack for hiking or just getting through a busy day. The recipes included with the red corn were easily adjusted to become gluten free and I loved the fact that they do not use refined sugar. The rich taste doesn't need it. Delicious!
