Throw one or two into a cooking pot of beans. You will not be disappointed.
I also coarse ground these chiles…to add to tacos, eggs, burritos, spaghetti…just about my favorite chile.
The one thing friends/family who used to live in Tucson request when I visit are these chiles. They have outstanding flavor in meat-bean-tofu dishes, are light/compact to pack, and especially, they are impossible to find elsewhere (other than perhaps Oaxaca!). Thanks for being the source of foodie bliss for so many.
Those chilies are hard to find and the quality was outstanding.
These chilies smell amazing and they were nice and soft and pliable. I used them to make salsa and it turned out tasty. Would definitely buy some again.
I love NSS chiles! So fresh and delicious!
