Look like my dad’s

I haven’t cooked them yet but they look like the ones my dad used to grow. He’d make a big pot and we’d eat them for days. I’m so excited to try them!

Love the limas!

Pressure cooked these, and they were soft, full of flavor and delicious. I’m often not a big fan of lima beans but these were delicious!

My first Lima experience

I had never had Lima beans before trying these Christmas Lima beans. Lima beans have a pretty bad reputation, you have to admit. These beans a delicious! Creamy, firm, a little spicy. And totally beautiful. I made them for a family dinner and everyone was blown away. Will definitely be stocking up again soon.
