Every month name stores launch another exotic fruit; red dragon from Vietnam, breadfruit ( what a mess) or Argentine navel oranges. I buy cactius pears from our latino market. I thought our native fryits are overlooked. This deserves more buyers

Adds complexity to mixed drinks, and love it on desserts! Its one I use a small amt at a time, since that’s all you need.

I add it to a vinaigrette, makes amazing salad dressings!
