I enjoyed the jar of jam, it did not last long. I love raspberry chipotle anything so I tried a jar of this Raspberry Red Chile Jam. It did not have the spicy tingle that I so love with the chipotle, but had a good sweet raspberry flavor and a little bit of the red chile.
If it comes from you, the odds are that it is an excellent jam.
On a personal note, I just don’t eat jams, no matter how good they are…because of the high sugar amounts.
Overall, pretty good. I've had better before, but I think what was when I mixed it up myself from a red chili jelly and red raspberry jam that had a lighter taste.
This one comes out a bit darker looking... and is robust. However, it's very good in a whole grain cream cheese sandwich.
YUM!!!
I just had this outstanding jam on a piece of sourdough bread for breakfast and I loved every bite. This is a well-made product that doesn't overwhelm you with too much heat. The taste is just right for us hot pepper lovers.
